1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your use of Only Foreign Fun and your agreement with us. Here are a few key things to note:

• We can modify these Terms of Service at any time.
• If you purchase a Subscription, it will automatically renew for additional periods of the same duration unless you cancel it.
• Your rights may vary depending on where you are resident when you access Only Foreign Fun.
• If a dispute arises between you and us, you agree to notify us and agree to mediation before bringing any claim against us.

2. Interpretation

In the Terms of Service:

• We refer to our website as "Only Foreign Fun", including when accessed via the URL www.onlyforeignfun.com;
• References to "we", "our", "us" are references to Only Foreign Fun Limited, the operator of Only Foreign Fun;
• "Business User": a User who uses Only Foreign Fun for commercial reasons, whether acting on their own behalf or through someone else;
• "Consumer": all Users who are not Business Users;
• "Content": any material Uploaded to Only Foreign Fun by any User, including photos, videos, audio, livestream material, text, images, and any other material;
• "Creator": a User who has set up their account to post Content for Subscribers to view;
• "Creator Earnings": the portion of a Subscriber Payment payable to a Creator after deducting fees and applying relevant tax laws;
• "Subscriber": a User who can access Creators' Content via subscription or other payment methods;
• "Subscription": a Subscriber's agreement to obtain access for a specific period to content that a Creator makes available;
• "User": any user of Only Foreign Fun, whether a Creator or a Subscriber or both (also referred to as "you" or "your").

3. Who we are and how to contact us

Only Foreign Fun is operated by SEVENTHCODER LTD. We are a limited company registered in the United Kingdom, with company registration number 14958763. 4. We may change the Terms of Service

We may change any part of the Terms of Service to reflect changes in applicable laws and regulations, or to address a risk to Only Foreign Fun, to us, to Users, or to relevant third parties. We will notify you of significant changes so you may review them before they take effect. Your continued use of Only Foreign Fun after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

5. Registering with Only Foreign Fun

By registering with and using Only Foreign Fun, you agree to the Terms of Service. To use Only Foreign Fun you must register and open an account. To register as a User and open a Subscriber account:

• You must be at least 18 years old;
• You must be able to be legally bound by a contract with us;
• You must be legally permitted to join, view Content, and use any functionality;
• You must not be convicted of committing a serious crime; and
• You agree to pay (where required) for Creator Interactions in accordance with the Terms of Service.

To open a Creator account, you must also:

• Upload a valid form of ID and photos for verification;
• Add payment details for receiving Creator Earnings;
• Submit any additional age or identity verification information when requested;
• Set subscription pricing for your Subscribers, if applicable;
• Add Content for Users to view.

6. Adult material

Some Content on Only Foreign Fun contains adult material, and you acknowledge and agree to this when you access the platform. We are not responsible for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of how or where you view Content.

7. Content – general terms

Your Content is not confidential, and you authorize your Subscribers to access and view your Content for their own lawful and personal use. You are legally responsible for all Content you Upload. We do not claim ownership of your Content, but you grant us a license to use it as needed to provide our services.

8. Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. Subscribers authorize recurring payments. We may suspend or terminate accounts with failed payments. Creator Earnings are subject to our fee structure and applicable taxes. Refunds are limited and issued at our discretion.

9. Termination of your account

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of our Terms of Service or for other reasons at our discretion. Upon termination, you lose access to Content, subscriptions, and Creator Earnings may be affected.

10. Intellectual property rights

We respect intellectual property rights and expect Users to do the same. You must not upload Content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement and may remove infringing Content.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we limit our liability for any claims arising from your use of Only Foreign Fun. Different liability rules may apply depending on whether you are a Consumer or Business User, and where you reside.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from your use of Only Foreign Fun will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. You agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through mediation before commencing legal proceedings.

13. Geo-filtering and location controls

Only Foreign Fun allows Creators to control where their content is visible by country, state, or region. The platform may request GPS or device location data to enforce location restrictions and prevent access via VPN or proxy tools. By using this feature, you agree to share location data for content visibility purposes.

14. Acceptable use and prohibited content

You may not upload, post, or share any content that:

• Includes minors or anyone under 18 (even if simulated or AI-generated)
• Violates any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• Infringes on copyright or intellectual property rights
• Includes non-consensual, abusive, or exploitative material
• Promotes hate, violence, or discrimination

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules at our discretion.

15. Payment provider status

Payments on Only Foreign Fun are currently under development. We are actively integrating with adult-friendly payment processors. Monetization features will become available once a secure and compliant provider is in place. Users will be notified in advance of launch.

16. Updates

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
