1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of OnlyForeignFun and your agreement with us. Here are a few key things to note:

• We can modify these Terms of Service at any time.
• If you purchase a Subscription, it will automatically renew for additional periods of the same duration unless you cancel it.
• Your rights may vary depending on where you are resident when you access OnlyForeignFun.
• If a dispute arises between you and us, you agree to notify us and agree to mediation before bringing any claim against us.

2. Interpretation

• We refer to our website as "OnlyForeignFun", including when accessed via the URL www.onlyforeignfun.com;
• "We", "our", "us" means OnlyForeignFun, operated by SeventhCoder LTD;
• "Business User": a User who uses OnlyForeignFun for commercial reasons, whether acting on their own behalf or through someone else;
• "Consumer": all Users who are not Business Users;
• "Content": any material Uploaded to OnlyForeignFun by any User, including photos, videos, audio, livestreams, text, or other media;
• "Creator": a User who posts Content for Subscribers to view;
• "Subscriber": a User who can access Creators' Content via subscription or other payment methods;
• "Subscription": a Subscriber's agreement to obtain access for a specific period to content that a Creator makes available;
• "User": any user of OnlyForeignFun, whether a Creator or a Subscriber or both (also referred to as "you" or "your").

3. Who we are and how to contact us

4. We may change these Terms

We may change any part of these Terms to reflect new laws or to protect OnlyForeignFun, our Users, or third parties. You’ll be notified of significant updates, and continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the new version.

5. Registering with OnlyForeignFun

To use OnlyForeignFun you must create an account. To register as a User and open a Subscriber account:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally able to enter a binding contract.
• You must be legally permitted to view or post Content in your location.
• You must not have been convicted of a serious crime.

To open a Creator account, you must also:

• Upload a valid government-issued ID for verification.
• Add payment details for receiving Creator Earnings.
• Provide any additional verification documents if requested.
• Set subscription pricing for your Subscribers, if applicable.
• Submit Content for review and publication.

6. Adult material

Some Content on OnlyForeignFun contains adult material. You acknowledge and agree to this when using the platform. We are not responsible for how or where you view such Content.

7. Content – review and publication

All Content uploaded to OnlyForeignFun is reviewed before publication. Uploads do not appear publicly until they pass our compliance checks. We pre-screen submissions to ensure they are lawful, consensual, and free from prohibited material, including depictions of minors or non-consensual acts. We may request additional documentation (such as proof of age, identity, or model releases) before approving any Content.

Livestreams are actively monitored and may be paused or terminated if they violate these Terms. We may remove or restrict Content at any time, including in response to reports or legal requests. You remain legally responsible for the Content you submit; while we do not claim ownership, you grant us a license to host and display it to provide our services.

8. Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Subscribers authorize recurring payments. We may suspend or terminate accounts with failed payments. Creator Earnings are subject to fees and taxes. Refunds are limited and issued at our discretion.

9. Termination

You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms. Upon termination, you lose access to Content and may forfeit Creator Earnings linked to violations.

10. Intellectual property rights

We respect intellectual property rights and expect Users to do the same. You must not upload Content that infringes on others’ rights. We will respond to copyright complaints and may remove infringing Content.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we limit our liability for any claims arising from your use of OnlyForeignFun.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts. You agree to attempt mediation before commencing legal action.

13. Geo-filtering and location controls

Creators can control where their content is visible by country, state, or region. Location data may be used to enforce geo-restrictions and prevent VPN/proxy access.

14. Acceptable use and prohibited content

You may not upload or share any content that:

• Depicts anyone under 18 years old (real or simulated)
• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes copyright or intellectual property rights
• Is non-consensual, abusive, or exploitative
• Promotes hate, violence, or discrimination

We reserve the right to remove Content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

15. Payment provider status

Payments on OnlyForeignFun are handled by verified, adult-friendly processors such as CCBill. Monetization features may be temporarily disabled during testing or review phases.

16. Updates

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
