Content Provider Agreement

This Content Provider Agreement ("Agreement") sets out the terms under which content providers ("Creators") may upload, publish, and monetize content on the OnlyForeignFun platform ("OFF").

1. Eligibility & Verification

You must be at least 18 years old.
You must complete identity verification with a valid government-issued ID before uploading any content.
You agree to comply with all OFF policies and applicable laws.

2. Consent & Documentation

You confirm you are the rights holder of all content you upload.

You must obtain and retain written, signed consent from all individuals depicted in your content. Consent must cover:

Being depicted in the content
Public distribution and upload to OFF
Downloading by users (if enabled)

You must verify the age and identity of all individuals depicted (18+).

You must provide consent and ID documentation upon request.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, stream, or promote content that:

Depicts minors (under 18) or suggests underage activity
Involves non-consensual acts or exploitation
Depicts violence, abuse, or human trafficking
Violates any applicable laws

4. Content Moderation & Removal

All content is subject to monitoring for compliance.
OFF reserves the right to remove or restrict any content at its sole discretion.
If consent cannot be verified, the content will be removed immediately.

5. Appeals

If your content is removed or your account suspended, you may appeal by emailing hello@onlyforeignfun.com. Appeals will be reviewed within 7 business days.

6. Acknowledgment

By becoming a Creator on OFF, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement, as well as our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Complaints Policy, and Appeals Policy.

Required Acknowledgment

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, I own the rights to the content I upload, and I have obtained and will provide all required consent and documentation upon request.

This checkbox acknowledgment must be completed during the creator verification process.
